ZTL ACTIVATION – TEST PHASE AND ACCESS PROCEDURES

We inform our customers that, starting April 20th, the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) has entered a testing phase.

During this initial period, which will last approximately two months, no fines will be applied for entry, although the control system is already active.

Please note that the ZTL is active from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

At the end of the testing phase, the ZTL will return to its normal operating mode. Customers will still be able to access our accredited facility, and we will process the necessary authorizations according to the established procedures.

However, we recommend:

Contact the facility in advance before arrival to verify parking availability and avoid entering the ZTL without cover if spaces are full;

Check the parking lot traffic light at the entrance, which indicates space availability (red = full), before turning into the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
