ZTL ACTIVATION – TEST PHASE AND ACCESS PROCEDURES
Dear Customers,
In view of the upcoming conclusion of the testing phase for the municipal ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) cameras, we have installed a new automatic license plate recognition system at our parking facility, specifically designed to protect you and prevent any traffic fines.
The system is currently undergoing its final testing phase. We would like to reassure you that, at the moment, driving through the electronic gates does not generate automatic fines via the ZTL cameras.
However, please be reminded that during the ZTL active hours (from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM), standard regulations remain in force: in the event of a roadside check by the Local Police (Polizia Locale), a manual fine could still be issued. Therefore, we strongly advise you to keep your parking entry ticket to show to the officer if stopped, in order to prove your transit to the parking lot and avoid fines.
The parking management declines any liability for fines issued manually by law enforcement. The system testing will be completed by next week, definitively resolving the situation and ensuring fully automated service.
Thank you for your cooperation.
The Management
However, we recommend: Contact the facility in advance before arrival to verify parking availability and avoid entering the ZTL without cover if spaces are full; Check the parking lot traffic light at the entrance, which indicates space availability (red = full), before turning into the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Our staff is at your complete disposal for any information or clarification.
